UI Changes

We have received feedback from ATSs that they want to display descriptions below the input fields.

Enabling Descriptions Below the Input Fields

To enable this functionality, we have added a new state variable called descriptionsAreShownBelowFormFields

Simply set the variable as shown below:

window.hapi.ui.state.descriptionsAreShownBelowFormFields = true
